This is the privacy policy for Heibjerg.

We collect information from you when you register on our site and gather data when you participate in the forum and email by reading, writing, and evaluating the content shared here.

When registering on our site or signing up for newsletters, you may be asked to enter your name and e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site without registering. Your e-mail address will be verified by an email, in the email there is a link to unsubscribe.

We anonymize every visit and only collect broad information about how you interacted with the site.

We consider every email send to us an invitation to reply, and store them as long as they are relevant, if no personal informartion other than name or email is included.

We anonymize all collected information to ensure that privacy. We do not share your data with other trackers like google and facebook, and make an efford to make our site cookie free. We keep all email list secure, and only accessible by heibjerg.

We keep emails until you unsubscribe or the topic you suscribed to is no longer relevant.

We do sometimes leave a small bit of information on your computer we cannot see. This informaiton is used to personlized the your experience, like removing email signup forms, when you have signed up.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your rights

Access. You have the right to obtain access to the personal data we process about you as well as to certain information on how the processing takes place.
